Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We accept any insurance policy that allows you the choice of providers. (Please check your benefit handbook or speak to your insurance administrator). We are also preferred providers for Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna and Ascent Benefits.
If your policy offers orthodontic benefits, these benefits are generally paid over the course of active treatment. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. Some insurance carriers will send reimbursements directly to you, the subscriber. Please check with one of our staff for further details in this case.
