We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 7:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Fridays: 7:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment.
It is highly recommend that you schedule your next appointment as you leave. It will ensure that your preferred time is available. We reserve time in the early morning and all afternoon for short appointments, and schedule longer procedures mid-morning. This allows us to accommodate as many patients before or after school and work for their regular short visits.
Financial Information
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality care. Therefore, we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Please ask us about our financial options or full payment discounts. Visa and Mastercard are accepted as well. It is customary to have all accounts paid in full when treatment is completed.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We accept any insurance policy that allows you the choice of providers. (Please check your benefit handbook or speak to your insurance administrator). The doctors are preferred providers for Delta Dental and MetLife.
